Will Balthrope is an executive director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (M&M). He possesses more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multi-family property sales. Since 2000, Mr. Balthrope has closed nearly $7 billion in multi-family transactions nationally for both institutional and private sellers.

Mr. Balthrope is currently ranked as one of the top producers nationally with IPA/M&M. His success earned him the distinction of being M&M’s #1 producing broker in Texas from 2007-2011 and 2013, his first five years with the Firm, and he has been a member of the elite Chairman’s Club in 2007, 2010, 2011, and 2013.

Prior to joining IPA/M&M, he was a top producer for Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Balthrope’s success ranked him as C&W’s #1 apartment broker in the nation in 2003, as well as the Dallas office’s #1 producer from 2003-2005.

Mr. Balthrope formerly served as Chairman of the Silver Multi Family Council of the ULI, and is currently a board member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Mr. Balthrope appears frequently as a guest speaker at industry events and is often quoted in the media. He also has lectured M.B.A. classes at Southern Methodist University. His client list includes REITs, pension funds, private investment companies, local and national investors, banks and special servicers.

Mr. Balthrope holds an MBA degree, with an emphasis in real estate, from Southern Methodist University, and received his bachelor’s degree in English from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Drew Kile is a senior director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and is responsible for the Dallas and Fort Worth markets for IPA Texas. Over the course of his 13 years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated and overseen the closing of transactions valued at more than $3 billion.

Mr. Kile joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in the Dallas Office in his first year.  In 2006, he joined the company’s management team and was responsible for opening the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007.  Through his leadership as regional manager of the Fort Worth office, the operations grew from five agents to more than twenty over its first two years, and in 2009, the Fort Worth office achieved the highest revenue growth of all 75 Marcus & Millichap offices in the United States.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses.

Mr. Kile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and he is active in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, the Dallas Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer Campbell is an associate director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a Division of Marcus and Millichap.  Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE Debt & Equity financing, and served as the executive vice president of the real estate club.  Ms. Campbell then went to work at KET, a boutique multifamily brokerage firm and was involved in transactions totaling over $500 million.

Ms. Campbell received her bachelor degree of arts degree in music and dance from the University of Wisconsin.  Jennifer completed her M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2014.

Brian Adams

Brian Adams is a senior director of IPA Capital Markets, specializing in multifamily. He joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in January 2011 and has more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience. MMCC sourced and closed more than $2 billion of commercial real estate debt and equity structures in 2012.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Adams was a loan acquisitions team leader with Beal Bank. He has also held originator and real estate analyst positions with Bridger Commercial Funding, where he participated in the origination and closing of more than $600 million in real estate financings. Mr. Adams began his career with Guaranty Bank in Dallas, performing asset management for the bank’s commercial real estate construction loan portfolio.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Jordan Featherston joined IPA Texas in 2014 with a focus on institutional apartment transactions throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Prior to joining the IPA team, Jordan worked in various facets of the construction business including business development, project management, and sales. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Mr. Featherston is a graduate of Texas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.

Joey Tumminello

Mr. Tumminello is an associate with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and is responsible for business development and dispositions in the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily markets. In 2015, Mr. Tumminello facilitated more than $300 million in sale transactions for institutional clients, as well as high net worth investors.

Through his in-depth interactions with clients, industry leaders and his team, he understands the critical decisions facing investors in today’s market. His extensive market knowledge enables him to act in an advisory capacity with his clients and provide the customizable solutions they need to overcome challenges and exceed their investment goals. His main areas of expertise include property valuation, implementing marketing strategies and advising clients on the capitalization of current market conditions.

Mr. Tumminello holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in Finance with a concentration in real estate. In his drive to serve as an asset to his clients, he is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Phillips Wagner is the Senior Financial Analyst for IPA Texas. His responsibilities include financial analysis and underwriting of multifamily investment properties, as well as overseeing the team budget and finances. Additionally, he oversees the project management for each listing from the creation of marketing materials to the completion of escrow.   In his time with IPA Texas, he has been involved in the disposition/acquisition of more than $2.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.  He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas.  Phillips is a member of the Texas A&M 12th Man Foundation, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation Stewards of the Wild.

Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

David Garza

David is the marketing coordinator for IPA Texas. David oversees all marketing material produced by IPA Texas. Also, as the teams lead graphic designer, he produces Flyers/Postcards, Proposals, Offering Memorandums and any other marketing items that the team uses to advertise current listings. Additional responsibilities are updating regional construction maps, design closing gifts and photography.

Prior to joining IPA Texas, David was lead graphic artist at Garden Marketing Group were he created new concepts, mock-ups, copy for client presentations and prepress. While working at GMG, David participated in the launch of programs with collateral pieces for Home Depot and Walmart gardening departments. In addition, he has served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), where he has participated Operation Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

David graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.

Anita Clancy is the team’s executive administrator. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating the meeting and travel schedules of the team’s brokers while also assisting with marketing and special projects. Prior to joining IPA, Anita worked in high end residential real estate as an administrative assistant and coordinated advertisements, special events, and marketing projects.

Ms. Clancy holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Lance Phillips is a senior financial analyst for IPA Texas. Mr. Phillips joined the IPA Texas team in 2014. His responsibilities include research, financial analysis, and production of marketing materials for the team. He also oversees the research and tracking of IPA’s Texas market construction maps. As a student, he interned with IPA as an investment sales broker assistant.

Mr. Phillips is a graduate of the University of North Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate.

Robert Ward is the marketing coordinator and graphic designer at IPA Texas. Mr. Ward creates visually appealing proposals, offering memorandums, and additional documentation for potential clients. He is also responsible for creating and editing marketing materials produced by IPA Texas.

Prior to joining IPA Texas, Robert owned and operated a pizza restaurant, founded two nonprofit organizations, helped run a successful ecommerce business, and functioned as a business consultant and designer for several startup businesses in Northwest Arkansas. He is passionate about and skilled in graphic design, strategic marketing, brand development, UX/UI design, and front-end web development. His interests include architecture, sustainable design, and promoting local businesses.

Mr. Ward is a graduate of The University of Arkansas and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture and minors in graphic design and mathematics.

Cameron Purse is a financial analyst for the IPA Texas team of Institutional Property Advisors.
