Brandon Roth is a seasoned commercial real estate veteran with nearly two decades of capital markets advisory experience. Over the course of his career, Brandon has focused on debt and equity placement for all property types across the United States and has raised nearly $10 billion in capital for his clients. His experience includes senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and common equity. From an asset class perspective, Brandon primarily focuses on multifamily, industrial, life science, retail, self-storage and build-to-rent communities.
Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets in 2024, Brandon held capital markets positions at Lakebrook Capital, JLL and HFF.
