Cullen Atchison has nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for all property types including industrial, multifamily, retail, office, self-storage and hospitality. Cullen leverages his extensive experience and deep relationships with banks, insurance companies, debt funds, agencies and alternative capital sources to provide his clients with unique financing solutions throughout the United States.

Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets in 2025, Cullen served as Partner of The Houston Group Realty Advisors, a boutique real estate capital advisory firm.  He joined The Houston Group after spending five years as Vice President with a private real estate investment firm in Dallas, where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of commercial real estate investments across the United States.  Cullen received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Edwards University.
