The Institutional Property Advisors.com web site (the “Site”) is a service of Marcus
& Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc., a California corporation
("Marcus & Millichap" or “we”). Institutional Property Advisors
and M&MREIS are collectively referred to in these Terms of Use as ”Marcus &
Millichap", “us”, “our” or “we”. This Privacy Policy applies only to information
that we collect from users of the Site. By using our Site, you consent to the collection
and use of this information by us.

What information do we collect from this Site?
We collect certain information automatically each time you visit the Site. This

and the web browser you use. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer
when you connect to the Internet. Each time you visit the Site, our web server may

The Site is a general audience web site. We do not intentionally collect personally
