For more than 22 years, Greg Harris has focused on investment property sales in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. As an expert advisor, Mr. Harris is known for his ability to create opportunities. He has been a featured speaker on a number of panels, including Southern California Appraisal Institute’s 2011 Summer Conference, RealShare’s Real Estate 2013 conference and Apartments 2013 conference. A self-described “student of the business” Mr. Harris has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Real Estate Southern California magazine, Multifamily Executive, the Los Angeles Times, Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s Dealmakers, Los Angeles Business Journal, Orange County Business Journal, San Fernando Valley Business Journal, and GlobeSt.com.

During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Harris has the distinction of being the recipient of the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence award for seven consecutive years. He has earned the firm’s National Achievement Awards for 15 years, and qualified as one of the firm’s national Top 10 Agents for 11 consecutive years. After eight years with the company, Mr. Harris was named the youngest vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap history. In 2008 he was awarded the title executive vice president investments, one of only three in the firm honored with the title.

Real Estate Southern California named Mr. Harris Top Broker for 2009, making him an 11-time honoree. His innovative business style and client-centric focus caught the attention of the California Real Estate JournaI, which first nominated Mr. Harris as a California dealmaker in 2008.

Mr. Harris is a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. He is senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group and a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Tenant-in-Common Association.

Kevin oversees all aspects of The Greg Harris Group’s business development process. He is responsible for multifamily sales, client relationships, and the cultivation of new business opportunities. Prior to joining The Greg Harris Group in 2003, Kevin worked within the sales team of a Fortune 500 company. He spent his first two years at The Greg Harris Group as Director of Marketing, before his shift to Director of Business Development. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. Kevin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a California Real Estate Salesperson.

Joseph V. Grabiec

Joseph is responsible for opportunity sourcing, client relationships, and asset analysis. Joseph joined The Greg Harris Group in 2002 as senior financial analyst and has made the transition from analyst to senior managing director. He continues to provide high-level analysis and guidance. Joseph has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and graduated Cum Laude. In addition, he was a member of his college’s NCAA ice hockey team. Joseph is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a California Real Estate Salesperson.

George Miyamoto

As executive administrator of The Greg Harris Group, George plays an integral role in in all operations and administrative duties. As leader of the group’s in-house transaction management team, he is responsible for drafting contracts, coordinating under-contract requirements and facilitating escrows and closings. George received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in information systems from the University of California, Riverside. He joined The Greg Harris Group in 2006.

Jon Dalton

Jon Dalton is a marketing coordinator for The Greg Harris Group of Institutional Property Advisors. Mr. Dalton is responsible for the preparation of all marketing materials, property presentations, proposals, tracking buyer activity, coordinating press releases, event planning and market research.

Mr. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Eastern Connecticut State University.
