Mark Taylor is a senior managing director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), located in the Philadelphia, PA office covering the Mid-Atlantic market. A 25-year veteran of the investment sales market, Mr. Taylor focuses on multi-tenant shopping centers and net-leased properties.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in November 2001, Mr. Taylor has earned the firm’s National Achievement Award ten times. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, he has successfully brokered the sale of $2.5 billion in investment properties across 37 states. In his 30-year brokerage career, he has brokered the sale of over $3.0 billion in investment sales, including sale/leaseback portfolios with CVS Corporation, over 200 net-leased properties and over 40 shopping centers.

Prior to Marcus & Millichap, he was a principal at American Investment Property Exchange, a single-tenant net-lease advisory firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Taylor was a director of brokerage services for NAI Global.

Mr. Taylor obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from St. Lawrence University, his Master of Arts in government from Villanova University, and his Juris Doctorate from Temple Law School.
