SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 30, 2016 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap specializing in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, is pleased to announce the sale of Vantage at Alamo Ranch, 288-unit luxury apartment community located near the Westover Hills area of San Antonio, Texas.

“Built in 2015, Vantage at Alamo Ranch’s modern interior design and full complement of resort-style amenities separate it from the competition,” says Will Balthrope, IPA executive director. “Also, nearby Westover Hills is home to many major employers and provides a steady pool of renters.”
