Seth Heikkila specializes in securing commercial debt and equity financing for a multitude of property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, seniors housing, and hospitality. Drawing on his extensive relationships with national, regional, and local funding sources, Seth utilizes agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders to craft unique solutions for every transaction. During his career, he has closed billions of dollars’ worth of transactions. Seth is a graduate of Princeton University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He holds a real estate license in the state of Washington.
