His expertise in financial analysis, granular market research, and commercial property valuation allows him to provide clients with comprehensive and effective solutions in all investment scenarios. Before joining IPA, Nick served as an intern with a top producing brokerage team at First Western Properties in their Kirkland office, where he gained a strong understanding of the Puget Sound commercial real estate market through ArcGIS and financial analysis. Nick holds a degree in finance from Oregon State University.
