Alexander Garcia Jr. specializes in the disposition and acquisition of institutional multifamily properties in the dynamic Inland Empire and Eastern San Gabriel Valley markets. He joined the firm in 1989, and over the course of his career has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase, sale, and advisory of apartment buildings. Alex partners with fellow advisor, Chris Zorbas, covering the team market area including Orange County and San Diego County. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
