Industry veteran Bill Rose specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail assets throughout the Western United States. For nearly a decade, Bill served the firm in the capacity of National Director of Marcus & Millichap’s Retail Group and has now made a triumphant return to the sales force, where he is a sought-after thought leader well known for providing effective solutions to sell, buy and finance properties to meet clients’ objectives. Mr. Rose received a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in real estate and finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and serves as on the university’s Real Estate Center National Advisory Board.
