David joined the firm in 2016 and has an outstanding track record for obtaining top value for his clients. Mr. Crotts was previously a director on a retail investment sales team at CBRE in Washington, D.C., where he helped close more than 80 deals totaling in excess of $4 billion in sales. Mr. Crotts received his Bachelor of Arts and MBA from the University of North Carolina.
