With nearly three decades of experience, Kenneth Szady is an expert in the purchase and sale of office and industrial investment properties throughout the Chicago MSA. Along with his two senior partners, Krysti and John Abuja, Ken is based in Downtown Chicago. Mr. Szady has distinguished himself as a leader in the institutional commercial real estate industry, leading both national portfolio sales as well as large single asset assignments. Prior to joining the firm, Ken held senior-level positions at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow Company, and JLL. Mr. Szady is a member of NAIOP, ULI, SIOR and CCIM. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in real estate finance from DePaul University.
