30-year industry veteran, Kent Williams is an authority in industrial sale transactions, leading a team of highly specialized and focused industry professionals. Experts in the industrial sector, Mr. Williams and his team advise a wide variety of clients in the acquisition and disposition of cold storage, rail served, lit (fiber optics), and other unique subsections of the industrial real estate niche. For many years, Mr. Williams was a partner of Marcus & Millichap, overseeing operations west of Denver in the U.S. and Canada.
