Kyle Kundiger is a multifamily specialist in the Jacksonville area with extensive experience in detailed property valuation and financial analysis. Prior to joining IPA, Kyle held positions with Newmark and Mattamy Homes, where he worked with senior brokers and clients in coordinating the transaction process including valuation, underwriting, market research and due diligence. Kyle graduated with honors and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Central Florida. He’s also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
