Michael Ware is one of Dallas’ top specialists in multifamily investment sales, with nearly two decades of experience executing deals in Dallas and Fort Worth. Prior to joining IPA, he was a senior director at Berkadia, where he was nationally recognized as a Top 30 agent. During his career, he has been involved in the disposition of billions of dollars in multifamily assets and consistently ranked as a top performer in the industry. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, sits on the Advisory Board for the Folsom Institute of Real Estate, and is an active member of the Touchdown Club of Dallas. Michael holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with highest honors, and a BA in finance from the University of North Texas.
