Nicholas Cryans specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and development lands throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He is a member of the highly regarded team comprised of Bradley Gingerich, Bradyn Arth, Paul Chaput and Jane Pascal. Prior to joining IPA, Nicholas gained extensive experience with Altus Group where he worked with senior executives on the valuation, underwriting, market research and due diligence for a diverse range of private and institutional assets and portfolios, both at the local and global level. Nicholas graduated with honors from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Certificate in Real Estate and was the President of the University’s Real Estate Club.
