John Chang

John Chang serves as IPA’s Senior Vice President and National Director of Research Services. Mr. Chang is responsible for the production of the firm’s commercial real estate research publications, tools and services. These reports, briefs and studies cover national and local market commercial real estate research for a variety of property types throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Chang speaks frequently at conferences, corporate events, webcasts and client engagements, sharing his insights into major economic trends and how they influence the performance of commercial real estate investments.

In addition to being an active participant in several commercial real estate organizations, Mr. Chang serves as a member of the NMHC Research Foundation Advisory Board. Mr. Chang was elected to Vice President in 2010, advanced to First Vice President in 2013 and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2018.
