Built in 2000 on over seven acres, the center is located at the intersection of West Main Street and North Ross Lane, each of which carries over 12,000 vehicles per day. Nearby traffic generators include schools, hospitals, and employers such as Rosebud Media, the U.S. Postal Service, Naumes Inc. and Cardmoore Trucking. The estimated population within a three- and five-mile radius in 2021 was 61,700 and 116,700, respectively.
At the time of the sale, the center was 93% occupied by a tenant roster that includes Oregon Internal Medicine, West Main Spirits, Ace Force One, El Arriero, Subway, UScellular, and Wells Fargo. Adam Lewis, vice president and regional manager is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Oregon.
