Institutional Property Advisors Expands in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 9, 2024 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced today that multifamily investment advisor David Stollenwerk has joined IPA in Nashville, Tennessee. Previously a senior vice president with Northmarq, Stollenwerk joins IPA as a director with over 15 years’ experience serving institutional investors, national developers, banks, REITs, pension funds and major private investors with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets.

“David has become part of our collaborative network of national commercial real estate brokers meeting the needs of investors competing for opportunities in Nashville’s rapidly changing multifamily market,” said John Sebree, senior vice president and national director of Multi Housing Division, Marcus & Millichap and IPA. “Institutional and large private investors, especially the high percentage of out-of-market buyers drawn to Nashville to compete for the city’s highest-quality multifamily assets will benefit greatly from David’s local market knowledge and experience.”

Stollenwerk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. He is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, National Apartment Association, Nashville Apartment Association, ICSC, and is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM).
