March 05, 2024
BLOOMFIELD, Conn., March 5, 2024 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced today the sale of Manor House, a two-story, 125-unit multifamily property in Bloomfield, Connecticut.
