CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – July 16, 2024 Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced the sale of Solis, a 216-unit multifamily property in Clarksville, Tennessee.
“Built in 2020, Solis is a stabilized asset in one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation,” said David Stollenwerk, IPA director. “Over the past five years, Clarksville has experienced 15.5% population growth and currently the Clarksville-Montgomery MSA population is over 329,000.” Stollenwerk and IPA’s Will Balthrope and Drew Garza represented the seller, Gwaltney Communities, and secured the buyer, a private California-based partnership.
