Institutional Property Advisors Closes Salt Lake County Multifamily Property Sale

MIDVALE, Utah, Sept. 2025 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, announced today the sale of  Creekview Apartments, an 88-unit multifamily asset in Midvale, Utah. 

“Located in one of Salt Lake County’s most in-demand rental corridors, the property has demonstrated consistent in-place performance supported by high occupancy levels and stable collections,” said Brock Zylstra, senior managing director investments. “Creekview Apartments gives the buyer a strong income stream and the opportunity to add value through a light value-add strategy,” said Danny Shin, IPA senior managing director investments. Shin and Zylstra represented the seller and procured the buyer. 

The property is close to Interstate 215 and retail at The Shops at Fort Union and Fashion Place Mall. Recreation is nearby at South Cottonwood Regional Park, Wheeler Historic Farm, and Crestwood Park. One of Utah’s largest private employers, Intermountain Health, has a major hospital campus within a short drive. 

Constructed in 1986 and 1992, Creekview Apartments has a swimming pool, business and fitness centers, a barbecue area, and covered parking. The unit mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments averages 850 square feet. Apartments have central air conditioning, pantry closets, and storage areas.
