JUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 11, 2025 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, announced today the sale of Reatta Ranch, a 300-unit multifamily asset in Justin, Texas.
“The only Class A multifamily property within a five-mile radius, Reatta Ranch is fully stabilized asset in a high-growth submarket of North Fort Worth,” said Taylor Hill, IPA senior managing director. Hill, Michael Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, and Shelby Vosburg of IPA represented the seller, Boulder Peak Capital, and procured the buyer.
The property is adjacent to two new developments, Justin Town Square and Justin Crossing. Employers such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, Deloitte, and TD Bank are nearby. AllianceTexas, which has more than 575 companies, and Alliance Town Center, a retail and dining hub, are within a short drive.
