FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 18, 2025 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, announced today the sale of Ramble & Rose, a 275-unit apartment property in Fort Worth, Texas.
“Ramble & Rose is a stabilized Class A multifamily asset with a history of high occupancy and strong rent growth,” said Michael Ware, IPA senior managing director. Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, Taylor Hill and Jack Windham, represented the seller, S2 Capital, and procured the buyer.
The property is in Fort Worth’s Near Southside Medical District, just south of Downtown. The Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, Cook Children’s Medical Center, and JPS Hospital are in the immediate Area. Magnolia Village, a historic street lined with popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment is adjacent to the property.
