MERIDIAN, Idaho, Jan. 8, 2026 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, announced today the sale of Prelude at Paramount, a 280-unit multifamily property in Meridian, Idaho.
“The property is a stabilized multifamily asset with strong occupancy, professional management, and potential upside through organic rent growth and efficient operations,” said Brock Zylstra, IPA senior managing director investments. “Meridian’s population has grown over 20% since 2020 and has strong economic fundamentals, including median annual household income near $130,000,” said Danny Shin, IPA senior managing director investments.
