Institutional Property Advisors Closes Mid-Cities Multifamily Asset Sale

ARLINGTON, Texas, June 23, 2026 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, announced today the sale of Flintridge, 188-unit multifamily property in Arlington, Texas.
“Recent interior and exterior capital improvements position this asset for continued growth and give the buyer the opportunity to capitalize on additional value-add opportunities and strategic income enhancements to drive revenue,” said Taylor Hill, IPA senior managing director investments. Hill and IPA’s Michael Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, and William Hubbard represented the seller in the disposition of the lender-owned asset and procured the buyer, Apogee Capital.
The property is close to the intersection of Interstate 30 and Highway 360, close to Viridian, a 2,000-acre master-planned community. Employers and entertainment venues close by include General Motors, Lockheed Martin, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Six Flags. Downtown Arlington, River Park Business Park, Centreport Business Park, and the Arlington Entertainment district are within a short drive.
