Andrew Nesbitt specializes in arranging structured-finance solutions for institutional-grade commercial real estate transactions across various sectors, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, office and land. He brings a diverse background in development, strategic advisory and financial structuring, having worked with REITs, developers and investment firms across various assignments, including pro forma modeling, valuations, feasibility studies and asset management.
He began his real estate career in New York in valuation and development work, and since relocating to Nashville in 2020, has cultivated strong relationships with national and regional owners, operators and developers active in the region.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Cornell University.
