Brian Stulak is responsible for originating senior, mezzanine, preferred equity, stabilized, bridge, value-add and ground-up construction debt and structured finance transactions with a wide array of lending institutions, including life insurance companies, securitized lenders, agency, debt funds, pension funds, credit unions, private equity firms, family offices, and commercial banks.

Previously, Brian was a principal at Pinnacle Financial Group, where he was instrumental in helping grow Pinnacle into one of the largest and most well respected independently owned mortgage banking companies in the Midwest. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Brian was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was responsible for audits and public debt offerings for several publicly traded companies. Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
