Harry Krieger joined IPA Capital Markets’ Dallas office in September 2024 and specializes in loan origination and capital stack arrangement for multifamily clients. With over ten years of direct experience, Harry is an industry veteran with robust knowledge in all aspects of debt and structured financing, having aided in the origination of several billion in transactions nationwide. Harry uses his deep relationships with agency, life company, debt fund, bank, CMBS, and alternative capital sources to deliver the best solution for his clients.
Harry is a graduate of Harvard University, where he concentrated in Government with a minor in East Asian Studies. Prior to IPA Capital Markets, Harry worked for CBRE Capital Markets as a Senior Vice President in Debt and Structured Finance. Harry has been active in TREC and ULI in DFW, where he was a graduate of the Center for Leadership program in 2022, and recently co-chaired the executive committee for ULI’s CFL program class of 2024.
