Jamie Matheny is responsible for raising debt and equity for owners and operators of multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, and industrial properties. Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, he was a director with Mission Capital Advisors where he focused on the due diligence, underwriting, and closing of structured finance transactions.
Jamie is a graduate of NYU with a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
