With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Lindsay is recognized as an industry thought leader. Lindsay has extensive experience advising some of the most well-known owners and developers across the country. Over the course of his career, he has closed over $5B of transactions. He specializes in multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. Lindsay has longstanding relationships with national and international capital sources, securing senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity for acquisition financings, refinancings & recapitalizations, and ground-up developments.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. He also serves as President of the Stroud Foundation for Children with Learning Differences and served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington. Lindsay is an active member of CREBA, DCBIA and ICSC.
