Todd McNeill has two decades of experience in the real estate industry, securing debt and joint venture equity financing for a broad range of property types with a focus on commercial real estate tax credits, agency loans and complex construction projects. Over the course of his career, he has closed billions in capital through first mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, acquisitions, and joint venture equity for a variety of asset types throughout the United States. Todd joined Marcus & Millichap as part of the Metropolitan Capital Advisors (“MCA”) acquisition in 2020. Todd served as a principal and director at MCA leading the origination team. Todd graduated from the Michael F. Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
