Tyler Johnson is responsible for securing financing for multifamily properties throughout the country. With over ten years in the industry, Tyler has extensive experience arranging permanent, bridge, and construction loans with all types of lenders, including CMBS, commercial banks, insurance companies, and debt funds.
Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets in 2022, Tyler was responsible for national business development and transaction coordination in connection with the financing of commercial real estate investments. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
