Tech Roles Drive Up Incomes;
Suburban Retail-Residential Builds on the Rise
Office jobs and demographic gains stoke consumer activity. Having achieved a full rent and vacancy recovery in 2021, Atlanta's retail sector is solidly in an expansionary phase.
