John Abuja has specialized in high-level office and industrial investment property transactions for more than three decades. Along with his two senior partners, Ken Szady and Krysti Galvin, John in based in and serving the Chicago MSA, John consistently provides optimal results for his clients through his relationships with prominent institutional and sophisticated high-net-worth private investors. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, John was an office and industrial investment specialist at Colliers International. Mr. Abuja earned a Bachelor of Science degree in philosophy and business from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and has completed seven years of post-graduate study across a variety of disciplines. He is a prominent member of Chicago’s CCIM, SIOR, and NAIOP chapters.
