John Stewart specializes in the acquisition and disposition of institutional investment properties throughout Canada and has successfully represented many of the largest and most active public, private and institutional investors during his career. Prior to joining IPA, he held leadership positions with Colliers International Canada and with the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at BMO Capital Markets. Mr. Stewart is an active member of the Greater Toronto NAIOP chapter. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Housing and Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and a post graduate certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.
