Rob LeDoux is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing in the sale of institutional-quality multifamily properties throughout Northern California. He brings deep transactional expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, including underwriting, pricing strategy, marketing, negotiations, and escrow management. Based in Palo Alto, Rob works in collaboration with leading Northern California multifamily investment advisors Philip Saglimbeni, Salvatore Saglimbeni, Stanford Jones, and Alex Tartaglia. Prior to joining IPA, Rob held senior roles at Walker & Dunlop and Newmark. He began his career as an analyst with Pacific Urban Investors. A Bay Area native, Rob earned his degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
