Based in Washington, D.C., Robert Filley serves a diverse clientele in the disposition and acquisition of office and industrial assets throughout the District of Columbia and Mid-Atlantic region. With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Filley uses his expertise to extend beyond property sales to include development, leasing and finance. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Robert had stints at Transwestern and L.J. Melody. Mr. Filley earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington School of Architecture and Urban Planning and has completed post-graduate certificate programs in commercial real estate from both New York University and the University of Washington.
