Operating in the firm’s San Francisco office, Vincent Schwab is a market leader in the disposition and acquisition of office and industrial assets in Northern California. Since joining the firm more than three decades ago, Vincent has developed significant transactional expertise and amassed industry recognition. Mr. Schwab was previously president and board member of the San Francisco chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Vincent Schwab is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from California State University, Chico.
