Institutional Property Advisors Expands Retail Team in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, April 20, 2023 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced today that retail investment advisor John “JP” Colussi has joined IPA in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
“The expansion of IPA’s retail division continues to be a top priority,” said Daniel Taub, senior vice president and national retail director. “The addition of JP adds depth to our nationwide roster of experienced advisors and provides investors in the Philadelphia metropolitan area with a local market expert who can offer timely, actionable insights.”
Previously running the investment sales division at MSC Retail, Colussi joins IPA as senior director. He will partner with Brad Nathanson, IPA executive director, advising private and institutional retail property owners. In his eight years as a retail investment specialist, Colussi has arranged the sale of over 8.3 million square feet of retail valued at more than $1.5 billion.
