Justin Knapp is a leading broker in the senior housing space. He has played an integral role in the acquisition and disposition of seniors housing facilities throughout the Midwest, working with single asset owner operators, non-profits, institutional owners, and REITs on a variety of property types. After beginning his career in seniors housing investment sales straight out of college, Justin rapidly expanded his skill set and knowledge base, cultivating major new business portfolios and managing a team in their business development and deal management. Justin holds a business degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
