Since 2006, he has closed billions of dollars in healthcare real estate, including independent living, mental health, adult day care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and CCRCs. Nick’s real estate background includes working in wholesale lending and brokering multifamily. Additionally, he was a licensed assisted-living administrator, giving him in-depth knowledge of the senior care industry. It is this combination of proven experience that both sellers and buyers have drawn on to achieve optimum results in even the most complex transactions. Nick holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
