Peter Bauman is an award-winning industry leader specializing in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of office and industrial investment properties throughout Arizona. He also has substantial experience in single-tenant property sales nationwide, and has worked with major investors including REITs, institutional investors, private equity groups, private capital investors, 1031 Exchange investors and foreign investors. Prior to joining IPA, Peter was a Senior Director with JLL, and before that Chaired Colliers International’s Net Lease Practice Group, where he was named a Top Producer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Oceanography and Bachelor of Arts in Geology from California State University – Humboldt, and he is a member of NAIOP and ICSC.
