Eric Pentore specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the Northeast. Partnering with Victor Nolletti, Eric uses his extensive knowledge in multifamily evaluation and investment strategies to deliver exceptional client services.

Eric joined the firm in 2007, and throughout his career, has gained valuable experience working with both private clients and institutional investors. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Organization from Central Connecticut State University and is a member of the National Multi Housing Group.
