Drew Garza joined the firm in 2016 and focuses on business development and transactions of multifamily assets for institutional clients as well as high net worth investors throughout the San Antonio MSA and Secondary Markets.

Prior to joining the IPA team, Drew was part of Marcus & Millichap’s Multi Housing Division. Through his extensive market knowledge and in-depth interactions with clients and industry leaders, Drew serves as an advisor to his clients and provides tailored solutions for his clients to exceed their investment goals.

Mr. Garza is a graduate of University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a degree in Real Estate Finance & Development with a minor in Finance and is active in Urban Land Institute – San Antonio and the Real Estate Counsel of San Antonio and was nominated as Top 40 Under 40 for the San Antonio Business Journal in 2026.
