Jordan Featherston began his career with IPA in 2014. His focus has been in the private and institutional apartment transactions space throughout the Austin MSA. Jordan was named one of Austin’s Heavy Hitters for 2020-2021 by Austin Business Journal and received the CoStar Power Broker Award for the Austin market for 2017-2021. The awards were based on overall multifamily sales transaction volume and is measured against all the active commercial real estate brokers in the Austin market. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Texas State University and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and ULI.
