Travis Austin specializes in representing major private and institutional investors in the purchase and sale of multifamily assets in the Houston area. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction, presentation of valuation models, and driving new business development. Prior to joining IPA, Travis provided consultation services for institutions, government agencies, legal counsel, banks, local developers, and private equity firms at JLL.   Travis received a Master of Business Administrator degree from Rice University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics along with a dual minor in Business and History from the University of Texas.
